  • All the return should be done within 45 days from the order has been dispatched

  • The original packing should be retained while a customer initiates a return of products. Quoodo E-commerce fz llc will have all the rights to refuse for accepting products if its damaged, or its original packing was tempered.
  • Customer shall produce the original receipt / invoice of the delivered products
  • Customer will not be charged for transportation or in any other means for product return(s)
  • Customers should inform Quoodo E-Commerce FZ LLC  for a return as minimum of 7 working days.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. It also has to be in its original packaging.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
