Job Description

  • Type/format documents according to the pre-established standards.
  • Edit/modify work to make sure that it is error-free, consistent, and adherent to guidelines.
  • Move data from paper formats into digital files or database systems.
  • Collect and organize typing material.
  • Maintain information confidential in accordance with security policies.
  • Prepare copies for distribution and approval.
  • Utilize scanners, electronically transmitted files, or other forms of character recognition systems.
  • Proofread entries and consult with managers on the final product.


  • Candidate should have worked in a similar position for 2 to 3 years.
  • Proficiency in Arabic Typing is a must. 
  • Should have good knowledge of UAE Labour Dept (MOHRE) and MOI Immigration online systems.
  • Male candidates can only apply.
  • Good command of the Arabic and Hindi language.


  • High School Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
