  • Prepare correspondence, reports and documents.
  • Organize meetings, conferences and travel arrangements.
  • Distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Develop and maintain office systems.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails.
  • Set up document management systems.
  • Manage/oversee office supplies and order when needed.
  • Perform other related secretarial duties as assigned.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
