Job Description

  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Cold call  potential customers to explain company products.
  • Handle customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as required.
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and provide advice on proper purchase options.
  • Keep an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
  • Liaise with the marketing department to make sure that the company is reaching its target audience.
  • Make sure that company products meet current market needs.
  • Inform customers of current promotions and discounts.
  • Implement strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.
