Job Description
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Cold call potential customers to explain company products.
- Handle customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as required.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and provide advice on proper purchase options.
- Keep an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Liaise with the marketing department to make sure that the company is reaching its target audience.
- Make sure that company products meet current market needs.
- Inform customers of current promotions and discounts.
- Implement strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.
