- Achieve the set targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base.
- Build long-lasting client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver sales, revenue and expenses report to the management team.
- Monitor the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Adhere to the organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department.
- Identify new business and sales opportunities.
Requirements
