Job Description
- Alter products to meet customers' technical requirements.
- Assist customers who have problems with installed products.
- Identify areas for improvement and communicate these issues as well as possible solutions to the upper management.
- Develop new sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance.
- Submit technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
- Liaise with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
