Job Description

  • Identify customer needs and implement plans to address them.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Maintain customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
  • Communicate with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
  • Expand the customer base by upselling/cross-selling.
  • Perform business reviews using CRM programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
