Job Description
- Evaluate patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor, assess, address, document and report symptoms and changes in patients' status.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health care procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Perform routine procedures and fill in patients’ charts.
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records.
- Adhere to infection-control protocols.
Requirements
- With HAAD license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
