Job Description
- Check construction plans and prepare quantity requirements.
- Coordinate with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Produce reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Maintain track of materials and order more when needed.
- Document any changes in design.
- Check architectural plans and prepare quantity needs.
- Calculate the quantity and costs of materials.
- Create contracts and documents.
- Conduct negotiation with contractors and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- A valid UAE driving license is a must.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field.
