Job Description
- Responsible for the implementation, documentation, and execution of the Quality Control System on all project’s construction phases.
- Maintain an updated site log on daily basis, recording all quality observations on site.
- Ensure that contractor / sub-contractors comply with the project’s specifications in his submitted activities, manage and evaluate all mechanical processes and ensure efficient quality control within the projects.
- Provide support to the construction team and, management of the other Quality Control Specialists, establish a fully documented project quality system in line with the contract requirements and the company’s quality management system.
- Site inspection and co-ordinate to construction to implement the work completed in complies with code in accordance with the specification.
- Coordinate inspections with Consultant Client and communicate with project team.
- Coordinate with consultant /client for inspection activities issued RFI.
- Request for inspection for witness hold point etc.
- Report deviations from approved plans and specification.
- Review all materials received on the site inspecting them ensuring they are as per approval.
- Conduct testing within the required specification.
- Attend and participate in QA QC meetings.
- Proactively supervise the closure of NCRs suggesting innovative ideas for improvement.
- Liaise with the construction execution team management resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Male candidates can only apply.
- Good command of the English and Hindi language.
- Good communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
