  • Establish and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Direct the recruitment and selection process.
  • Oversee overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Foster a positive working environment.
  • Monitor and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Monitor the whole recruiting and hiring process.
  • Monitor payroll submissions and payments.
  • Track and analyze important HR metrics.
