Job Description

  • Manage all hiring and training procedures for new employees.
  • Educate employees on company policies.
  • Direct or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
  • Oversee employee progress.
  • Meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discuss any problems or grievances they may have on a regular basis.
  • Check resumes and applications.
  • Keep HR records related to compensation, health and medical insurance.
  • Provide training to new or existing employees.
  • Prepare and submit all important HR letters and documents.
  • Check job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintain records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal.

  • A valid UAE driving license.


  • MBA in Human Resources Management.
