Job Description

  • Greet, communicate with and welcome clients.
  • Handle all incoming calls and redirect them when needed.
  • Manage outgoing mail.
  • Review, sort and forward emails.
  • Oversee office supplies and reorder when needed.
  • Distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain and update calendars.
  • Schedule meetings.
  • Carry out other clerical receptionist duties as needed.


  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Female candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.


  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
