Job Description
- Maintain executive’s agenda.
- Provide assistance in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Handle phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
- Handle all outgoing or incoming correspondence.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential documents and make sure they remain secure.
- Oversee office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
- Maintain electronic and paper records.
- Carry out research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficient in back-office software.
- In depth knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Outstanding communication skills.
