Job Description

  • Maintain executive’s agenda.
  • Provide assistance in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Handle phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Handle  all outgoing or incoming correspondence. 
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential documents and make sure they remain secure.
  • Oversee office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records.
  • Carry out research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficient in back-office software.
  • In depth knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any other field.
