Job Description

  • Copy, scan and store documents.
  • Design templates and manage requests for documentation.
  • File documents in digital records and make sure appropriate storage.
  • Maintain the accuracy of the records.
  • Maintain security of sensitive documentation.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when needed.
  • Report any errors or developments regarding document storage.
  • Carry out other extra tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Typing and report writing skills.
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Female Indians can only apply.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
