Job Description
- Direct and manage the on-site construction team.
- Coordinate and monitor all work on site.
- Make sure quality standards are met.
- Place orders for materials.
- Follow the project timeline to make sure deadlines are met.
- Oversee and ensure on-site safety compliance, cleanliness, and orderliness.
- Keep records for site personnel such as daily field reports and field orders.
- Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs.
- Oversee and report on project progress.
- Establish safety and quality guidelines.
- Handle and resolve on-site issues.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- A valid UAE driving license.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in any Engineering field.
