Job Description
- Conduct on-site property surveys.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations.
- Identify defects and give advice on remedial works.
- Provide advice on proposed alterations, improvements and extensions.
- Meet with clients and contractors to monitor progress.
- Perform feasibility studies.
- Ensure that the construction is completed on time, budget.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience.
- A valid UAE driving license.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field.
