Job Description

  • Act as a contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
  • Maintain a daily electronic journal.
  • Arrange meetings and appointments.
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries in a professional manner.
  • Take dictation and meeting minutes.
  • Oversee office supply levels; reorder when appropriate.
  • Prepare professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs.
  • Delegate tasks to other members of the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a secretarial position.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to multitask.
