Job Description
- Act as a contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
- Maintain a daily electronic journal.
- Arrange meetings and appointments.
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries in a professional manner.
- Take dictation and meeting minutes.
- Oversee office supply levels; reorder when appropriate.
- Prepare professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs.
- Delegate tasks to other members of the team.
Requirements
