- Handle telephone and email inquiries, using an email system.
- Store paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
- Maintain a filing system.
- Schedule and attend meetings.
- Prepare agendas and take minutes.
- Order and maintain stationery/equipment when needed.
- Distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Update office policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
