Job Description

  • Handle telephone and email inquiries, using an email system.
  • Store paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
  • Maintain a filing system.
  • Schedule and attend meetings.
  • Prepare agendas and take minutes. 
  • Order and maintain stationery/equipment when needed.
  • Distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Update office policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Female candidates can only apply.
  • Good communication skill in English.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
